The EvoFILL PET is a significant advancement in Sidel’s commitment to filling technologies, offering high production speeds of up to 90,000 bottles per hour (bph) within a 15% smaller footprint. Addressing the growing demand for PET packaging solutions in the water industry, particularly in countries like China, India, and Turkey, the EvoFILL PET caters to market dynamics influenced by ergonomic needs, lifestyle preferences, and sustainability considerations. Family pack consumption is on the rise, while single-serve formats decline, with health and affordability remaining key considerations for bottled water consumers.
EvoFILL PET’s ergonomic design ensures consistent and repeatable performance for operators of varying skill levels. The reduced filler enclosure provides a controlled environment for contactless filling using flowmeters, ensuring product safety and quality. With a capacity ranging from 24 to 144 filling valves, EvoFILL PET accommodates diverse speeds and bottle sizes from 0.1 to 10 liters.
Format changeovers have been streamlined in both manual and automatic modes, taking less than five minutes. EvoFILL PET can be integrated within Sidel’s Combi and Super Combi complete systems and is compatible with the Evo-ON® digital intelligence platform. Sustainability measures are incorporated, focusing on reducing energy consumption by approximately 25%, as well as decreasing water and chemical usage by 12% for external cleaning.
