Procter & Gamble (P&G) has announced the launch of its third annual Women Entrepreneurs Academy on March 7th and 8th, reaffirming its commitment to equality and inclusion. The initiative aims to empower approximately 30 women in achieving their business aspirations by providing them with the necessary skills and resources to succeed in the competitive business landscape.
Aligned with the International Women’s Day 2024 campaign theme “Count Her In: Accelerating Gender Equality Through Economic Empowerment,” the Academy underscores the significant role women play in the marketplace.
In collaboration with the Dubai Business Women Council, the event will feature a series of training sessions led by experts from P&G and distinguished guest speakers. Topics covered will include finance, procurement, brand building, and technology. Keynote speakers include Her Excellency, Dr. Farah Al Zarooni, Ward Alaouie from Google, and Manal Khater from Publicis Groupe.
A panel discussion will also be held, featuring figures from P&G and other market leaders such as Dr. Sawsan Al Madhi, Nadine Mezher, Halima Jumani, Dima Tahtah, and Ihinosen Ebinum, ensuring a diverse range of perspectives.

Participants will have access to a comprehensive curriculum covering topics such as leadership skills, business strategy, technology, and procurement processes. Over 500 women from 12 countries have already benefited from this program.
