Omar Channawi, CEO of P&G Middle East, Pakistan, and Global Entrepreneurial Markets, expressed gratitude for the government’s support. He emphasized P&G’s dedication to serving consumers in the region and working with local suppliers to provide superior value.
P&G’s journey in Saudi Arabia dates back to the 1960s, leading to the establishment of two modern manufacturing plants and the creation of over 1500 jobs. The company has been instrumental in nurturing local talent and supporting economic growth.
P&G’s Dammam plant serves as a regional supply hub, exporting to over 15 countries. The company also sources raw materials from local suppliers, contributing to its localization efforts.
