KURZ, a leader in finishing technologies, will be an exclusive Platinum Partner at drupa 2024, the world’s leading trade fair for the printing and paper industry. The event, scheduled from May 28 to June 7 in Düsseldorf, will mark a return to in-person exhibitions following the pandemic.
Under the theme ‘Rethink what’s possible,’ KURZ will present a range of innovative solutions in five themed areas: ‘Creativity and Technology,’ ‘Desire and Budget,’ ‘Virtuality and Reality,’ ‘Security and Style,’ and ‘Design and Sustainability.’ Markus Hoffmann, Executive Senior Vice President at KURZ, emphasizes the importance of challenging existing concepts to drive long-term success.
At their 684 square meter stand, KURZ will showcase finishing products and solutions, including those from subsidiaries Steinemann DPE, MPRINT, H+M, and KURZ Digital Solutions. Live presentations and demonstrations will be a highlight, including the finishing of a drupa 2024 motif poster, available as a giveaway.
KURZ will also leverage the event for networking and knowledge exchange, offering a relaxed atmosphere at their stand, complete with a large beer garden. Additionally, KURZ will participate in the Packaging, Sustainability, and Textile Touchpoints, focusing on innovations and new business models in these areas.
Markus Hoffmann comments on KURZ’s commitment to innovation and customer service, stating, “KURZ offers one of the most sophisticated, versatile and comprehensive product portfolios for the graphics industry.” He adds, “We aim to always give our best so that print products get the attention they deserve.”
With a commitment to sustainability, KURZ continues to develop recyclable finishes and thin substrates, aiming to help customers transition to more sustainable practices. The company’s efforts reflect a broader industry trend towards greener solutions.
