INAMED, in collaboration with SIG, has introduced a range of El Boustane sauces in carton packaging, a first for Algeria. These sauces, including tomato, bechamel, and pizza, are packaged in SIG Small carton packs of various volumes, offering consumers convenience and long-lasting quality without the need for refrigeration or preservatives.
The Ferradji family, owners of INAMED, praised the performance of the SIG Small 12 Aseptic filling machine, stating, “The filling line’s flexibility and performance have been outstanding, surpassing our expectations. The launch of El Boustane’s tomato sauce in June 2023 laid the foundation for subsequent launches, including bechamel sauce in November 2023 and pizza sauce in December 2023. Looking ahead, consumers can expect a continued stream of innovative products from El Boustane, including additional sauces and creams.
The SIG Small 12 Aseptic filling machine can aseptically fill 12,000 SIG SmallBloc or SIG SmallFit carton packs per hour, offering six different volume sizes ranging from 150 to 350 ml. This advancement represents a strategic opportunity for SIG to expand its market reach and pursue new avenues for growth in North Africa.
