eProductivity Software (ePS) showcased its latest innovations in packaging automation at Gulf Print & Pack 2025, held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The company, with over four decades of experience, presented solutions designed to improve efficiency and profitability through automation and Industry 5.0 technologies.
A key highlight was the ePS Escada Automatic Corrugator Warp Control system, which optimizes corrugated board quality by reducing waste and increasing manufacturing efficiency. “By enhancing automation, we help manufacturers achieve higher throughput and retain high-value quality work,” said a company representative. This system, part of ePS’s broader suite, integrates with ERP and MES systems, offering an end-to-end solution for corrugated manufacturers.
For packaging manufacturers facing challenges like faster turnaround times and sustainability pressures, ePS introduced PrintFlow® 4D—an AI-driven scheduling tool that minimizes downtime and aligns production with demand. The company also featured Auto-Count® 4D (AC4D), a plant floor data collection system that delivers real-time production insights, boosting plant visibility and traceability.
In addition to corrugated solutions, ePS’ Radius® ERP provides a new user interface designed for streamlined operations across teams. Its integration with third-party systems and analytics tools, such as Insights 4D, delivers actionable data to optimize processes and reduce waste.
Paul Cooper, Regional Director of ePS Packaging, EMEA, emphasized the significance of automation in the Middle East’s evolving market: “Automation and Industry 5.0 are the future of manufacturing, offering opportunities to do more with less while driving profitability.” As ePS continues to expand its footprint in the Middle East, it aims to support regional businesses in adopting advanced, sustainable practices that position the region as a leader in global packaging innovation.
