Rockwell Automation, Inc. (NYSE: ROK) has reinforced its growth strategy in the Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa (META) region with the appointment of Ediz Eren as the new regional vice president. The announcement positions Eren to lead the company’s accelerated growth initiatives in the META region, with his base of operations situated in the United Arab Emirates. Eren takes over the role from Sebastien Grau, who has assumed the position of global industry vice president for process industries.

With a background encompassing two decades in industrial automation, Eren has been with Rockwell Automation since 2011. In his preceding role as the country sales director in Türkiye, he effectively advanced the market growth and selling organization of Rockwell Automation.
Eren shared his sentiments on the new role, saying, “I am honored to be embarking on a new journey with a strong team. My aspiration was always to help our customers to have more efficient and sustainable systems in place – the very essence of what Rockwell Automation is about. There is a lot of opportunity in the region, and I’m looking forward to continuing to contribute to the success of our customers and the growth of our company.”
