Double Dough is a new boxed cake mix concept. The mix is a sustainable product that meanwhile delivers the delicious homemade goodness taste. The packaging is made out of baking paper, and a can is used to bake the mix inside it. The name Double Dough comes from the package’s double usage as a package and cake liner. As per my observation, I’ve noticed that all boxed cake mixes are packed in plastic and cardboard, and this creates a huge amount of waste. This is what inspired me to create a packaging that produces less waste and can be reused to bake the mix inside.
