Gama has expended its viscometer portfolio for portfolio for quality control of inks and adhesives. First is the development of G31, a system for pH control, temperature and viscosity of water-based inks for corrugate market, and second the G32 for control and correction of water-based adhesives, varnishes and lacquers.
Both features is the ability of automatically guaranteeing the correct quality of the ink during rotogravure or flexographic printing, in order to obtain the highest quality of the printed material at any printing speed, which is a standard with all Gama products.
The new products were presented last December in Sao Paulo, Brazil, during a seminar organized by Gama International through its distributor Coras do Brasil in collaboration with K&B-Flexotecnica.
Sante Conselvan, commercial director of Gama International, with Gustavo Virginillo of Coras do Brasil, expressed his satisfaction in seeing the participation of many of the most important Brazilian packaging printers: “Customers appreciated the new products, noting that the high quality features of Gama viscometers did not fail in these new process control solutions for inks, varnishes and water-based adhesives, widely used in food packaging applications.”
Following the development of the new products, Gama received the the “Qualidade Flexo Prof. Sergio Vay” award for the third consecutive year, in Brazil.
Gama claimed that it has concluded a very positive year, in which the distribution coverage has been completed worldwide will be seen in action during the Dubai Conference (Dubai), Packaging Conference (Brussel), Infoflex New Orleans (US), Printech Asia (Bangkok), Printech Rosupack (Moscow), East Print (Indonesia), K (Dusseldorf).
