Dubai Almarai took the Best Employer trophy in LinkedIn MENA’s private-sector category at a ceremony in Dubai held under the patronage of Shamma Al- Mazrui, the Emirati Minister of State for Youth Affairs, and attended by more than 200 CEOs from the region.
Faisal Al-Fahadi, Almarai’s general manager of human resources and support services, said the company had won the award for the second straight year through its efforts and experience in attracting,training, qualifying, and developing its human capital in collaboration with dif- ferent bodies, through participation in various employment events, and through using all available means by a well-trained and qualified HR team.
