Indian companies set up ‘strategic alliance’ to target the Gulf country’s label industry
dubai India-based companies Creative Graphics and Weldon Celloplast Limited have entered into a strategic alliance to sell Creative’s pre-press products in the UAE.
Under the agreement, Weldon will be the exclusive agent in the emirate for Creative Graphics, which claims to be India’s largest processor, manufacturer, and supplier of high-quality flexo plates for printing and the first trade shop in north India to receive HD flexo certification.
Weldon managing director HarveerSahni described Creative Graphics as “a very dedicated and quality producer of flexo plates” and said the association would complement his company’s range of offerings to the label industry”.
DeepanshuGoel of CreativeGraphics said,“We are happy to be associated with Weldon to cater to the UAE market.”
Based in Noida in Uttar Pradesh, Creative has been in the flexo plate business since 1998. The company claims a reputation for setting new standards in advanced pre-press services for the flexographic, rotary letterpress, offset coating, and pad printing market.
New Delhi-based Weldon Celloplast Limited, founded in 1982, describes itself as a total solutions provider for label printing. The company aims to represent respected global brands that supplier the label industry. Its portfolio includes specialty label materials, flexible dies, tooling, anilox rolls, plate-mounters, web cleaners, digital finishing, inspection equipment, ultrasonic cleaners, and label presses.
Weldon aims to offer total solutions for label printers in line with the highest global standards. It also claims to keep label printers, flexo printers, package printing and converting companies abreast with the latest developments around the world.
Creative Graphics, established in 1990 in India, began as an outsourcing services provider focusing on graphic design, electronic pre-press, editorial, and content transformation The company has added web, multimedia, and animation services and recently diversified into mobile app development, creating apps for iOS and Android platforms.
