Dubai-based Beautyworld Middle East tradeshow expects 15% increase in exhibition space for packaging on 27-29 May.
Messe Frankfurt, the organiser of the Beautyworld Middle East exhibition taking place at Dubai’s World Trade Centre later this month, is expecting a 24% increase in floor space from last year’s edition.
In the Machinery, Packaging and Raw Materials section, space booked is up 15%, according to the German company.
“The continued growth across all sectors indicates the robust health of the business of beauty in the wider region,” said Ahmed Pauwels, CEO of Epoc Messe Frankfurt.
“Beautyworld Middle East’s growing regional footprint and impact enables exhibitors from around the world to effectively access and target markets that would have been hard to reach on their own.”
Beautyworld Middle East 2014 will feature exhibitors from as far apart as Lithuania, Peru and Ukraine, for the very first time, said Messe Frankfurt.
The exhibition will also feature the debut of country pavilions from Singapore, Ireland, South Africa and Malaysia and a maiden pavilion from the UAE.
Beautyworld Middle East 2013 also registered a rise in exhibitor and visitor numbers, with 1,096 exhibitors from 52 different countries and more than 25,000 trade visitors and buyers.
