Dairyland, a leading provider of UHT and fresh milk products in Pakistan, has introduced the country’s first SIG XSlim 24 aseptic filling machine for cartons. This marks a significant development for the company, known for sourcing its products directly from its own farms, as it looks to expand its range while maintaining high standards of nutrition and quality.

As part of its growth strategy, Dairyland plans to launch more affordable product lines to cater to a broader audience. The company selected SIG XSlimBloc carton packs, noting their compact design and impactful shelf presence, which align with the shifting preferences of Pakistani consumers.

Sulaiman Monnoo, CEO of Dairyland, commented, “Our collaboration with SIG enables us to enhance product innovations and introduce value-added offerings. As consumer preferences evolve, maintaining operational flexibility is crucial for delivering quality at the right price point.”

The introduction of the SIG XSlim 24 Aseptic technology represents a shift for the Pakistani dairy market, traditionally reliant on conventional methods. This technology allows Dairyland to fill up to 24,000 packs per hour in various volumes, from 80mL to 200mL, with minimal downtime for volume changes. It also supports a wide range of products, from liquid dairy to plant-based beverages, and allows for seamless transitions between different packaging materials.

Abdelghany Eladib, President & General Manager of SIG IMEA, said, “We’re proud to partner with Dairyland. Our mission is to help food and beverage manufacturers turn challenges into opportunities. This partnership aligns with both consumer needs and business goals.”

The partnership with SIG positions Dairyland to better meet evolving consumer demands and enhances flexibility in production, setting a new standard for Pakistan’s dairy sector.
