Coveris has completed the acquisition of S&K Label in the Czech Republic, marking its third acquisition in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and its first label business acquisition outside the UK. Now operating as Coveris Brno, the company aims to strengthen its position in the region, targeting key markets including the beverage, food, chemicals, cosmetics, and toy industries.
Coveris Brno, recognized as one of the most technologically advanced manufacturers in the region, is set to deliver packaging solutions that align with sustainability standards. The integration into the Coveris global network facilitates knowledge-sharing between operations in the Czech Republic and the UK, combining local market expertise with established leadership in labels and packaging. This collaboration is expected to foster tailored solutions that meet local customer demands while adhering to international trends and standards.
