BHS Corrugated unveils iCorr® Resource Optimizer for sustainable corrugated production

BHS Corrugated launches iCorr® Resource Optimizer, a tool to boost sustainability and efficiency in corrugated production.

BHS Corrugated has introduced its iCorr® Resource Optimizer, a tool designed to enhance transparency and offer valuable insights into resource usage in corrugated production. The optimizer aims to help manufacturers reduce both ecological impact and operational costs by improving resource efficiency.

The iCorr® Resource Optimizer enables manufacturers to analyze key resources, such as electricity, steam, and compressed air, through real-time data. The tool provides a clearer understanding of consumption patterns, helping users identify opportunities to cut energy usage and costs while improving environmental performance.

Key features of the iCorr® Resource Optimizer include:

  • Resource Consumption Filtering: Allows tracking of resource usage by factors like customer orders and material grades.
  • Detailed Energy Analysis: Offers insights into energy consumption, environmental impact, and associated costs.
  • Improved Transparency: Provides full visibility into resource consumption across corrugator operations for smarter resource management.

To operate the iCorr® Resource Optimizer, the BHS Resource Monitoring system must first be installed on the corrugator. This tool marks a step forward in supporting the corrugated industry’s shift toward more sustainable and cost-effective production practices.
