Almarai Company and the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States (ABEGS) honored the academic excellence of general education students in the Gulf Cooperation Council states, 84 students who won the Academic Excellence Award in the Arab Gulf, with a ceremony held in the Bahraini capital, Manama, on 3 November, under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Majid bin Ali Al Nuaimi, Minister of Education in the State of Bahrain, and the presence of His Excellency Dr. Abdulrahman bin Muhammad Al-Asimi, Director General of the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States, and Faisal bin Marzouq Al-Fahadi, Executive Vice President of Almarai Company.
His Excellency, the Minister of Education in the State of Bahrain, Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Nuaimi, expressed his great pleasure in honoring the outstanding students in the countries of the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States through the Office’s Academic Excellence Award.
Ali Al-Nuaimi congratulated the students who won the award, extending his thanks to Almarai Company, teachers and parents.

The Academic Excellence Award, which Almarai has sponsored for fifteen years, aims to promote excellence and creativity among the students of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, develop their abilities and talents and open the doors of competition for them. Since its launch in 2006, the award has honored more than 700 students in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
