Alesayi Beverage Corporation, a prominent beverage manufacturer in Saudi Arabia since 1959 with a significant 60% market share in the energy drinks sector, is partnering with SIG to broaden its product and packaging range. The collaboration will see Alesayi incorporating the advanced SIG SureFill 42 Aseptic BIB filling system to launch new products in the hotel, restaurant, and cafe (HoReCa) sector.
This move marks Alesayi Beverages’ entry into the bag-in-box (BIB) market, leveraging SIG’s expertise in BIB packaging. Initially, SIG will supply Alesayi with the SureFill 42 Aseptic filling line and 10L bags made from SIG’s 2Pure Film, designed to maintain water quality for up to a year. These bags will feature the SIG OptiTap 2300 fitment, a self-closing thumb toggle valve that ensures simple and consistent dispensing of water and other beverages.

The new BIB system will be installed at Alesayi Beverages’ new production facility in Jeddah, which spans over 98,000 square meters.
