ACTEGA has launched ACTExact® ShrinkFlex UV Inks, a UV-curable ink series designed for shrink sleeve applications. These inks offer strong adhesion to shrink films and are optimized for high-speed printing, reaching up to 500 fpm on press and over 300 fpm on BOPP labels. The portfolio includes high-opacity whites, line black, and a four-color process, ensuring full 360° coverage and adaptability to various container shapes.

ACTEGA is also highlighting its ACTKote UV wash-off primer, developed to enhance shrink sleeve recyclability by facilitating ink removal during recycling. Recognized by the Association of Plastic Recyclers (APR) for meeting high recyclability standards, the primer supports increased use of post-consumer recycled content.
Additionally, ACTExact® SafeShield LED-UV low migration inks are being introduced for applications requiring regulatory compliance, such as food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical packaging. These inks meet global and regional safety standards, including the Swiss Ordinance Annex 6 A & B and FDA migration models.
ACTEGA is also showcasing LED-UV coatings that enable an energy-efficient, emission-free printing process. Available in Matte, Gloss, MotionCoat®, and Release finishes, these coatings enhance the visual appeal of shrink sleeves and pressure-sensitive labels.
