Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Company in Egypt last month inaugurated a new manufacturing facility after a year of planning and engineering work.
The 25,600sq m facility is located in 6th of October City, Cairo. It comprises one can-filling line, a juice-making plant, factory services and office space to accommodate the operational team.
The filling line boasts a daily production capacity of 85,000 cases – or 23 million cases annually – of all Rani products in can format.
The factory has created 58 direct job opportunities, of which 48 have been set aside for local candidates.
Despite the challenging circumstances of 2020, the project has been delivered on time thanks to the teamwork \ and dedication of the ACCBC project team.
The new factory promises to ensure lower product costs, improved customer service and better control of working capital, enabling the business to drive a significant increase in shareholder value over the coming years.
