Guerlain has chosen Aptar Beauty as the supplier for pumps in its L’Art & La Matière collection, encompassing both fragrances and personal care products. The collaboration highlights Aptar Beauty’s Sensea fragrance pump and GSA dispensing pump, aligning functionality with Guerlain’s emphasis on luxury and refillability.
The Sensea fragrance pump is utilized for all 100ml bottles in the core collection, including the Patchouli Paris Eau de Parfum, as well as the 50ml Les Extraits Signature range, Guerlain’s most concentrated fragrances. The pump’s soft and gentle actuation delivers a fine, wide-angle spray, which Guerlain considered critical in its selection. A refillable 20ml travel spray, the Flacon Sac, features a robust VP4 cartridge with a High Definition Spray insert, offering seamless reloading.
Manufactured and assembled at Aptar Beauty’s Le Neubourg facility in France, the Sensea pumps are finished with gold anodization and engraved with Guerlain’s double-G monogram. The fragrances are refillable in-store, while the travel spray supports at-home refilling.
For Guerlain’s scented hand and body lotions and soaps, the GSA dispensing pump is employed. Produced at Aptar Beauty’s Chieti facility in Italy, this pump features a metal-free pathway to ensure formula integrity, alongside a screw-on, twist-to-lock design for convenient refilling. The gold anodized collar maintains a consistent premium aesthetic across the collection.
