Artotec enters into IML printing with Lombardi Synchroline 530 press

Artotec’s new Lombardi Synchroline 530: Cutting-edge flexo press for high-quality label and packaging production.

Artotec Private Limited, a Karachi-based company specializing in offset, flexo, and corrugation printing and packaging since 2008, has recently enhanced its operations with the installation of a Lombardi Synchroline 530 labeling press. Artotec has been a key player in the packaging industry, offering custom corrugated packaging and advanced post-printing techniques.

The new Synchroline 530, supplied by regional distributor VINSAK, is a fully servo motor flexo press capable of printing self-adhesive labels and in-mold labels (IML). With a 906mm repeat length, it meets the requirements of the paint industry’s IML needs.

Lombardi’s Synchroline 530, introduced to the market as a benchmark for printing innovation, integrates sophisticated software and servo motor technology. Its versatility allows printing on various substrates including BOPP, PVC, PE, PET, paper, adhesive paper, and cardboard.

According to Lombardi, “Synchroline redefines the future of the printing industry with its advanced automation and precision.” The press’s capabilities align with Artotec’s commitment to delivering high-quality, cost-efficient packaging solutions.

This investment marks a significant expansion in Artotec’s labeling and printing capabilities, reinforcing its position as a leader in the packaging sector.
