Ranpak Holdings Corp. will present its automated end-of-line (EOL) packaging solutions at Logistica Next, taking place from November 5 to 7 at Jaarbeurs, Utrecht. The portfolio, displayed across two adjacent booths (07-C008 and 07-C020), will highlight modular solutions designed to optimize efficiency, cut costs, and enhance sustainability in packaging operations.
The exhibition will mark the first time Ranpak’s automated EOL systems and protective paper solutions are displayed together, demonstrating innovations that aim to streamline operations while minimizing plastic usage. The lineup offers manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated packaging options, tailored to meet diverse customer needs.

Ranpak’s portfolio on display will include:
– Precube’it!™ – A consulting tool that optimizes packing orientation and box size inventory. It uses precise SKU dimensions, rather than liquid volume, to forecast equipment utilization and box fill rates, reducing material waste and the need for split shipments.
– Cut’it!™ EVO – An automated system that trims carton height to match contents, improving stock management and reducing labor, shipping, and material costs.
– DecisionTower™ – AI-powered machine vision that maximizes equipment uptime by detecting errors and optimizing packing processes.
– Flap’it!™ – Designed for small items like books and electronics, this system minimizes void space while offering enhanced product protection with integrated corner bumpers.
– Fillpak Trident Mini™ – A protective paper-based solution that reduces paper usage by up to 25%, eliminating the need for plastic fillers such as airbags.
– Geami MV™ – A compact paper-based alternative to bubble wrap, offering a sustainable option with smaller paper rolls suitable for diverse packing environments.
Ranpak will also debut two new solutions:
– PadPak Multi-Station – A modular system delivering cushioning pads directly to pack stations, improving ergonomics and productivity.
– Pad’it! – An automated pad-insertion system capable of processing 15 boxes per minute, enhancing throughput while reducing damage and customer complaints.
The new PadPak Multi-Station and Pad’it! systems will launch in Europe and globally, respectively, in Q1 2025.
