Cheerios unveils new packaging highlighting nutritional benefits

Cheerios’ new packaging emphasizes its multigrain and high-fiber benefits.

Cheerios has unveiled new packaging for its breakfast cereal range, emphasizing its key nutritional features, including its multigrain composition and high-fiber content.

The updated design highlights Cheerios’ nutritional benefits, particularly its inclusion of three whole grains—oats, wheat, and barley—in each serving. The Multigrain and Honey variants are also fortified with seven vitamins and two minerals, including calcium and iron, which contribute to immunity and daily energy needs.

Cheerios, recognized as the UK’s leading multigrain breakfast cereal, has refreshed its packaging as part of a broader campaign aimed at increasing brand awareness. The campaign includes a digital media initiative targeting platforms like broadcast video on demand, YouTube, and social media, with a particular focus on TikTok.

Sarah Fordy, Head of Marketing for Cereal Partners UK, noted, “The revamping of the Cheerios packaging highlights the brand’s nutritional attributes and delicious taste. This redesign reinforces our commitment to providing a wholesome breakfast option without compromising on flavor.”

The new Cheerios packaging will be available in stores starting September 2024.
