The new Landa S11 Nanographic Printing® Press, featuring advanced AI-based PrintAI module.

Landa Digital Printing has unveiled the next generation of its B1 digital print technology with the launch of the S11 and S11P Nanographic Printing® Presses. These new models, designed to offer increased production versatility, achieve a print speed of 11,200 sheets per hour (SPH), improving print economics and productivity.

Available at Drupa 2024, the new presses incorporate an advanced PrintAI module based on artificial intelligence, which enhances print quality and precision. This module is especially suitable for demanding folding cartons and commercial print applications requiring micro text and brand protection features.

Gil Oron, CEO of Landa Digital Printing, stated, “We’re delighted to announce the launch of the Landa S11 and S11P. Building on the success of our current S10 and S10P models and understanding the industry’s future needs, we are taking Nanography to its next level. The new models not only increase print quality but also elevate productivity and profitability while further reducing job turnaround times.”

The new Landa models also feature a high-speed module that allows for the transfer of dry ink from the blanket to the media at a speed of 11,200 SPH. This capability is crucial for printers and converters aiming to produce more jobs within shorter deadlines.

Additionally, the S11 and S11P presses offer customization options to meet specific customer requirements. Customers can choose from four or seven colors, continuous printing capability, an optional in-line coating unit, and the new high-speed 11K Module or PrintAI module.

Oron concluded, “The new Landa modules provide a significant premium to customers. While much of the new S11 series is based on the robust and proven S10 platform, the additional capabilities launched today allow customers to expand their service offerings or enter profitable new markets. The B1 digital print revolution is underway, with Landa presses helping print houses and converters address industry challenges and seize opportunities.”

With over 50 Landa presses in operation across 14 countries, the company has established itself as a critical growth engine for folding carton converters, commercial printers, and point-of-purchase specialists.
