This strategic initiative began with a pilot phase in June 2023, focusing on the core WCOM pillar of “Autonomous Management.”
During this phase, one of UNIPAKNILE’s converting machines, the “Martin 924,” underwent a thorough cleaning process. Notably, the entire team, from the Vice President and the General Manager to operators, foremen, and production assistants, collaborated to ensure the machine received a meticulous cleaning, leaving no corner unattended.
