Emirates Reem Investments Company (ERC) has finalized its acquisition of Evergreen Plastic Products Manufacturing LLC, acquiring a 100% stake in the company for AED 44 million (approximately $12 million).
Evergreen Plastic Products Manufacturing, headquartered in Dubai, embarked on its journey in 2000, specializing in the production of water and beverage packaging.
ERC, formerly known as Emirates Refreshments Company and primarily engaged in bottled water and soft drink bottling, underwent a significant transformation in late 2020. The company unveiled a strategic shift, expanding its interests into various sectors such as real estate investment, mining, healthcare, farming, and a broader range of investment activities.
