Delta Co, and Egyptian company in the field of converting and printing flexible packaging, has invested in a Nova RS 5003 rotogravure press by Bobst.

“We have chosen the Bobst Nova RS 5003 for several reasons – to conquer new markets, to increase our production capacity and to meet the needs of an increasingly demanding clientele,” explained Rasha Ghitany, Managing Director of Delta Co, which boasts an overall history of more than 35 years of printing and packaging in Egypt.

“We are extremely happy with our choice and the results prove it as we increased production capacity by 30%, reduced the waste by 20%, increased number of customers by 10% and reduced the downtime to an absolute minimum.”

Delta already had rotogravure and flexo printing machines, as well as film coating and extrusion, lamination, pouch making and slitting machines..

The Nova RS 5003 delivers cost-effective and sustainable performance in flexible packaging production and allows operators to deliver better performance with water or solvent-based ink printing on various flexible packaging materials including the new eco-friendly substrates.
