KsaAlmarai Company is the brand Saudi Arabian consumers viewed most positively in the second half of 2016, according to the BrandIndex Ranking from market research company YouGov.
Almarai came seventh in terms of international video downloads in 2016. But the dairy’s video of breast-feeding created national and international buzz and achieved the second sharing rate internationally on YouTube in one week of posting it on the website.
Abdullah Al-Otaibi, Almarai’s PR manager, said this customer trust reflected thecompany’s long history of conforming to quality standards in its farms, factories, transport, and supply chains.
Al-Otaibi added that these two achievements add new responsibilities on the company’s staff: to retain customers’ satisfaction and confidence.
