Mumbai-based Hemetek, a testing specialist that offers packaging inspection services, has opened a support centre in Dubai.
The company sees the Middle East as a promising market for package testing and proofing products, said director Viraj Devasthale.
“The United Arab Emirates [UAE] has been identified as a key area of strategy growth for the commercial package goods market,” he said.
“The opening of our office in Dubai fits well with our strategy to grow this region and to work closely with clients in their markets.”
Hemetek is a certified reseller of Global Vision proofreading technologies, including Proofware, a cloud-based packaging inspection suite for facilitating copy and artwork.
Global Vision’s products include text-based, pixel-based and Braille inspection technologies to eliminate printed artwork and copy-related errors.
